Creator Rewards — Terms & Conditions

The Peelpel Prediction Creator Rewards Program ("Program") is an engagement-based creator monetization program operated by Peelpel ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") at https://www.peelpel.com.

The Program rewards creators for generating original sports prediction content that attracts authentic community engagement. Rewards are calculated based solely on views and unique prediction votes received on eligible content — not on likes, comments, follows, prediction accuracy, match outcomes, or any gambling or wagering activity.

By applying for and participating in the Program, you ("Creator", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in addition to Peelpel's general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

This program is in Phase 1, focused exclusively on FIFA World Cup 2026 prediction content. Phase 2 will expand to additional sports competitions.

The Program does not constitute gambling, betting, wagering, fantasy sports betting, prediction markets, or any form of monetary game based on sports outcomes. This classification is fundamental and non-negotiable.

• Creators are NOT paid for correctly predicting match results.
• Creators are NOT paid for winning any prediction contest.
• Creators are NOT paid based on match outcomes in any form.
• Users do NOT deposit money to participate in the Program.
• Users do NOT wager money on creator predictions.
• No element of chance determines monetary reward.
• Rewards are earned SOLELY from the organic community engagement your content receives.
• The Program is funded entirely by Peelpel advertising revenue — not by user deposits.

Creators are responsible for verifying that participation in the Program is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction. Peelpel makes no representation that the Program is legal in all jurisdictions.

To be eligible for the Program, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of application and throughout your participation:

• Hold a verified Peelpel account with a verified badge
• Have a profile photo uploaded to your account
• Have a username set on your Peelpel account
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in a jurisdiction where the Program is legally permitted
• Have accepted all Program terms, policies, and the Anti-Fraud Policy
• Not have an active suspension, ban, or fraud flag on your Peelpel account
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliated party of Peelpel

Peelpel reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke Program access if eligibility requirements are not met or cease to be met.

As a Creator in the Program, you are solely responsible for:

• Creating original, authentic prediction content that complies with Peelpel Community Guidelines
• Ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Not engaging in or facilitating any form of engagement manipulation
• Maintaining your account security and not sharing your credentials
• Providing accurate and up-to-date payment information (PayPal email)
• Complying with all applicable laws, including tax obligations, in your jurisdiction
• Disclosing your Creator status to your audience where required by local law
• Promptly reporting any suspected fraud or abuse affecting the Program to Peelpel
• Not making false or misleading statements about the Program or Peelpel

Phase 1 (FIFA World Cup 2026): Only prediction content posted on official WC2026 match pages on Peelpel qualifies for earnings. General posts, off-topic content, and content posted before your approval date do not qualify.

Eligible content includes:

• Match outcome predictions (e.g., "Argentina will win")
• Score line predictions (e.g., "France 3–1 Spain")
• Tournament stage predictions (e.g., "England qualifies from the group stage")
• Player or team performance predictions
• Other original, authentic sports prediction content tied to a specific WC2026 match

The following content is explicitly NOT eligible and may result in suspension:

• Spam, repetitive, or near-duplicate content
• AI-generated or mass-produced content
• Low-effort, copied, or plagiarised posts
• Off-topic, political, religious, or unrelated content
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or adult content
• Content that violates Peelpel Community Guidelines or any applicable law
• Content designed primarily to inflate view or vote counts artificially

Rewards are calculated based on two engagement metrics collected after your approval date:

• Unique Views: A unique view is recorded when a logged-in Peelpel user views your prediction content for the first time. Repeat views by the same user on the same post count once. Anonymous users, bots, and self-views are excluded.
• Unique Votes: A unique vote is recorded when a logged-in Peelpel user likes your prediction post. Self-votes, duplicate votes from the same user, and bot votes are excluded.

The estimated earnings formula is:

Earnings are estimates and are not guaranteed until approved for payout. Peelpel may apply adjustments for verified fraudulent activity, erroneous tracking, or policy violations. All adjustments are logged in the Creator's audit trail.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.00 USD. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All payout requests are subject to manual review and approval by the Peelpel team.
• Peelpel processes withdrawals via PayPal only. No bank transfers, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments are available.
• Creators must maintain a valid PayPal email address on file to request a payout.
• Only one withdrawal request may be active at a time. A new request cannot be submitted while one is pending.
• Peelpel aims to process approved withdrawals within 5–10 business days. This is a target, not a guarantee.
• Peelpel may delay, reduce, or withhold payments if fraud is suspected, compliance requires it, or the Creator has violated these Terms.
• Failed payments due to incorrect PayPal information are the Creator's responsibility. Peelpel is not liable for payment failures caused by Creator-provided incorrect information.
• If a Creator's account is suspended or terminated, any pending withdrawal may be cancelled pending investigation.

Peelpel expressly reserves the right to — without prior notice and at its sole discretion:

• Reject Creator applications without providing a reason
• Suspend Creator accounts temporarily or permanently
• Remove Creators from the Program
• Cancel, reduce, or forfeit accumulated earnings and rewards
• Freeze or withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation
• Reject or reverse withdrawal requests
• Permanently ban accounts found engaging in fraud

The following activities constitute fraud and abuse violations:

• Bot traffic: Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or click automation tools to generate views or votes
• Fake accounts: Creating or using multiple Peelpel accounts to self-vote or inflate view counts
• View farming: Participating in view-exchange networks, traffic rings, or coordinated view-inflation schemes
• Vote farming: Coordinating or incentivising others to vote on your content in exchange for reciprocal voting
• Automated traffic: Directing non-human traffic from any source to your Peelpel content
• Purchased traffic: Buying views, likes, or any engagement from any third-party service
• Click farms: Using services that employ human workers to artificially inflate engagement metrics
• VPN manipulation: Using VPNs or proxies to mask the geographic origin of traffic for the purpose of inflating metrics
• Manipulation attempts: Any coordinated attempt to circumvent fraud detection systems
• Multiple account abuse: Using secondary accounts for any engagement manipulation purpose
• Artificial engagement: Any form of non-organic engagement on your own Creator content

Fraud penalty tiers:

• Level 1 — Warning: Formal warning issued; suspicious activity flagged on account
• Level 2 — Temporary Suspension: Creator access suspended; earnings frozen pending review
• Level 3 — Permanent Removal: Creator permanently removed from Program; all earnings forfeited
• Level 4 — Account Ban: Peelpel account permanently banned; all earnings forfeited; PayPal payout refused

Peelpel uses automated and manual fraud detection. Decisions made regarding fraud are final unless a formal appeal is submitted via the support contact channel within 14 days of the action.

Creator participation in the Program does not exempt Creators from Peelpel's Community Guidelines. All Creator content must comply with Peelpel's Community Guidelines at all times.

Creators must not:

• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, nationality, or any other protected characteristic
• Impersonate other users, public figures, or Peelpel staff
• Share misinformation, manipulated media, or content designed to mislead
• Violate the privacy rights of any individual
• Post spam, irrelevant links, or promotional content unrelated to sports predictions
• Engage in or promote illegal activity of any kind

Violation of Community Standards may result in content removal, Creator suspension, or termination from the Program, independent of fraud findings.

You retain ownership of the original prediction content you post on Peelpel. By posting content on Peelpel and participating in the Program, you grant Peelpel a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your prediction content in connection with the Platform and the Program, including for promotional purposes.

Peelpel may feature your content, username, and publicly visible statistics (such as leaderboard rankings) in marketing materials, social media, and press communications. You may opt out by contacting support.

Deleting your content from Peelpel does not reverse earned views or votes already recorded in your earnings history prior to deletion.

Peelpel may suspend or terminate a Creator's participation in the Program at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or any Peelpel policy
• Suspected or confirmed fraud or engagement manipulation
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Repeated posting of ineligible content
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Any reason at Peelpel's sole discretion

Upon termination, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed. Earned balances may be forfeited if termination resulted from fraud or policy violations. Termination does not release the Creator from obligations incurred prior to termination.

• Peelpel may modify reward rates, eligibility requirements, payment methods, or any other Program terms at any time, with or without notice.
• Peelpel will make reasonable efforts to notify Creators of material changes via in-app notifications or email, but is not obligated to do so.
• Continued participation in the Program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
• Peelpel may pause, suspend, or permanently terminate the Program at any time.
• Peelpel may expand eligible content categories beyond WC2026 predictions at any time (Phase 2 and beyond).
• Peelpel may set per-Creator earnings caps, category caps, or program-wide caps at any time.

Creators are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and fulfilling all tax obligations arising from rewards received through the Program in their respective jurisdictions. This includes income tax, self-employment tax, VAT, GST, or any other applicable tax or levy.

Peelpel does not provide tax advice, guidance, or withholding services. Peelpel is not responsible for any tax liability, penalty, or obligation of any Creator. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction before participating.

Where required by applicable law, Peelpel may collect tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN form) and report payments to tax authorities. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in withheld payments.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, or agency relationship between the Creator and Peelpel. Creators are independent participants, not employees.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Program, these Terms, or your participation as a Creator ("Dispute") shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Peelpel support at https://www.peelpel.com/contact. Peelpel will attempt to resolve the Dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.

If informal resolution fails, the Dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. In jurisdictions where arbitration cannot be mandated, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. You agree to waive any right to a class action proceeding where permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peelpel and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your participation in or exclusion from the Program
• Changes to reward rates or Program terms
• Pausing, suspension, or termination of the Program
• Technical failures, tracking errors, or data loss
• Delayed or withheld payments
• Actions taken as a result of fraud detection, whether accurate or erroneous

Peelpel's total liability to any Creator for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of earnings paid out to that Creator in the 12 months preceding the claim. All earnings shown in the Creator portal are estimates and are not guaranteed until approved for payout.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Peelpel operates internationally, and local laws may impose additional requirements or restrictions on your participation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Peelpel's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with Peelpel's general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peelpel with respect to the Program.
